• Astria.ai: Processes AI model training and image generation
• Vercel: Hosts our application and provides cloud infrastructure
• Supabase: Stores user data and handles authentication
• Stripe: Processes payments securely
• ScreenshotOne: Used for LinkedIn profile analysis (if you use our LinkedIn Analyzer feature)
• OpenRouter: Provides AI analysis services (for LinkedIn Analyzer feature)

These providers adhere to strict data protection standards and process data solely to provide our Service. We have data processing agreements in place with all service providers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Training photos: Photos you upload are automatically deleted after 7 days of processing completion.
• AI-generated headshots: Retained for 90 days unless you download and delete them earlier.
• PDF uploads: For LinkedIn Analyzer feature, PDFs are deleted immediately after analysis completes.
• Account data: Retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication systems
• Regular security audits
• Access controls and monitoring
• Automatic deletion of sensitive data after processing
