By uploading photos of yourself or others, you confirm you have explicit, written consent to do so. Parents or legal guardians must consent for minors if applicable.

2. Service Description

We provide AI-powered headshot generation services. By uploading sample photos, we train a custom AI model that generates professional headshots.

Platform Use Disclaimer: Users are responsible for ensuring their use of generated headshots complies with the terms of service of any platform where they choose to use the images. We recommend users review the photo policies of their chosen platforms before uploading generated content.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of minors (under 18) or without explicit consent.
• Generate content depicting violence, hate speech, explicit material, or anything illegal.
• Use the Service to create deepfakes or mislead others intentionally.
• Share your account credentials or resell our service.

4. Intellectual Property

• We do not claim any ownership rights to your generated headshots or uploaded photos.
• You grant us a limited license to use uploaded inputs solely to provide the Service and generate your headshots. This license terminates when your data is deleted.
• The AI-generated headshots belong to you. You retain all rights to use, modify, or distribute them as you wish for personal and commercial purposes.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payments are processed via Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless there is a technical issue that prevents generation of headshots.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to image quality, misrepresentation, or misuse by third parties.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
